Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the company by communication with different carriers and suppliers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.
- Gives feedback with the status of the shipment to all concerned parties.
- Responsible for documentation needed to ensure timely release of shipments.

Responsibilities:
- Helps the company maintain clients thru outstanding service which includes continuous improvement of good business relationship with internal and external clients..
- In charge of sending out proposals to clients and organizes adequate follow-up.
- Performs telesales and generates and sends out qualified sales lead.

Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Secures new business accounts; maintains current level of client base, accounts and volume of business according to set targets.
- Responsible for formulating regular and intermittent activities to seek out new and prospective clients. Recommends strategies and programs to attract new clients.
- Prepares and sends out proposals to clients and organizes follow-up.

Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Leads the Operations Department that covers import and export freight forwarding (air and sea transactions) including customs clearance and domestic transaction.
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the goals and objectives of operations department.
- Ensures the quality of air and sea freight operations is attained in a timely manner.
